Move toward the element to which you belong." ~ David Whyte
We are currently going through an unprecedented worldwide crisis.
Are you struggling with fear and anxiety? Do you need an empathetic ear?
In any crisis, there is the opportunity to look deeper within ourselves and the
world we live in. There is the opportunity for change and transformation.
There is the opportunity to serve, lead and reinvent ourselves.

Would you like greater connection, purpose, meaning and fulfilment in your life?
Is there something that needs some attention, encouragement or healing?

"Mahasukha is a born mentor and incredibly gifted." ~ Shakya
I have been a practicing Buddhist and 'soul searcher' for over 30 years, and I have been
encouraging, guiding and inspiring people through coaching and mentoring for many
years (see the testimonials below). As well as singing, music and mantra, my interests
and practices include meditation, yoga, psychology, astrology and tarot. I am also
Reiki I and II qualified. The Magician archetype holds a special place in my heart.
I'm based in Brighton UK and my name means Great Bliss.
I offer coaching, counsel and guidance in a safe and supportive environment.
I take a soulful, intuitive approach. I will listen and help enable you to come into
a deeper creative relationship with any issues that you may be experiencing;
to become more present, centred, grounded and embodied; to have a deeper
sense of yourself and your calling. We will create space for your imagination and
aspirations to be given a voice, to be seen and heard. We will enter something
of a sacred space to help find what is sacred to you.
"And breathe..."
The breath will always be the touchstone. The mantra I say the most is, "keep breathing!" The breath is our best friend, always with us, always reliable, ever faithful. The breath grounds us, gets us out of our heads and back into our bodies and our present experience, bringing peace, calm and tranquility. Take a deep breath right now and feel the positive effect. |
"There is no house like the house of belonging." ~ David Whyte
We all long for connection; to ourselves, to others, to our ideals. We long to belong, to find our
place in the world, to value, and give expression to our unique gifts, to live the life we're called to
live. Perhaps the one thing that holds us back the most is low self-esteem or shame - a feeling of
not being good enough. Through bringing awareness and attention, through finding the courage
to experience our vulnerability and by cultivating kindness towards ourselves, we can loosen the
'not good enough' demon's grip, and transform the stories that can overwhelm our minds and lives.
With the sure and true footing that the breath brings, and with kindness, awareness and wisdom,
we can move forward with renewed well-being, inspiration, purpose and confidence. We can
find real connection, empowerment and belonging. We can come home to ourselves.
If appropriate, a session may include meditation, mantra, ritual.
A combination of some or all of the above is available depending on
your needs. There is much medicine available to support and guide you.
Sessions are confidential and are held on Zoom or Skype.
Cost: £50/hr. Some concessions are available depending on
your circumstances. Please contact me to arrange a session.
Testimonials
"Mahasukha has an immense stillness in his presence."
"Mahasukha is a kind, wise man. With sensitivity and humour he has helped me
begin to accept and value who I am, which has given me the strength I have been
longing for. He tunes in on a deep energetic level and instinctively knows what is
needed. Barriers have lifted and I feel I am opening up to the world with a new
kind of optimism. I am extremely grateful. Thank you Mahasukha." ~ Anne
"Mahasukha has many fine qualities but the most relevant are a quite unique
combination of empathy and an uncanny ability to see when I wasn't living to my
best potential. Being authentic and honest as he is, he can’t help but want that
for others. I have greatly benefited from his clear vision. He seemed to see the
possibilities I missed. He always displayed a keen interest, a certain loyalty, always
searching, never being satisfied with being told things are ok. I have gained much
from my sessions with Mahasukha, both in being inspired by him, and also
receiving his insights when I needed guidance." ~ Sanghaketu
"He inspired my path in a profound way."
"Mahasukha helped me gain so much insight into the difficult issues I was dealing
with around a life and creative career transition. He was incredibly supportive and
sensitive. He gave me the guidance I needed, backed up by very practical suggestions.
I have been singing Mahasukha’s praises to my friends who knew what I was going through.
He inspired my path in a profound way and continues to do so. I feel very lucky." ~ Adrienne
"Mahasukha was able to pinpoint exactly what I needed to do next. His friendliness
and clarity really helped me objectify what direction I needed to take. What he said
was down to earth and pragmatic. The main thing I got from our session was to just
get on and do it. I'm very grateful to Mahasukha for his care and insight." ~ Neil
"Mahasukha has an immense stillness in his presence which is a fantastic support
for me as a busy person. Mahasukha's coaching has been invaluable in helping me
stay grounded and clear in my vision for my life and work while managing my business
and my energy, both inside and out. He has a deep intuition and his judgement and
discernment in relation to what 'actually' is going on is truly a gift. I would highly
recommend him as a mentor in life and in business." ~ Karla, Breathe with the Beat
