Hi, I'm Mahasukha. I offer coaching, healing and guidance.
I take an intuitive, soulful, somatic and embodied approach. I will listen and help
enable you to come into a deeper creative relationship with any issues that you may
be experiencing; to become more present, centred, grounded and embodied; to have
a deeper sense of yourself and your calling. We will create space for your feelings,
needs, imagination and aspirations to be given a voice - to be seen and heard.
We will enter something of a sacred space to help find what is sacred to you.
I’m a ‘space holder’. In all my work, both in groups and individually, I hold space.
I'm a sensitive, intuitive and empathetic soul (I'm an HSP* in fact). I have been
a practicing Buddhist and 'soul searcher' for over 35 years, and I have been
encouraging, guiding and inspiring people through coaching and mentoring
for many years. (See the testimonials below).
I have completed a psychosynthesis Transitions intensive course at
Re-Vision in London and I am Reiki I and II qualified. As well as singing,
music and mantra, my interests and practices include meditation, yoga,
psychology, astrology and tarot. The Magician archetype holds a special
place in my heart. I'm based in Brighton UK and my name means Great Bliss.

We all long for connection; to ourselves, to others, to our ideals. We long to belong,
to find our place in the world, to value and give expression to our unique gifts, to
live the life we're called to live. Perhaps the one thing that holds us back the
most is low self-esteem or shame - a feeling of not being good enough.
Through awareness and attention, through finding the courage to experience
our vulnerability, and by cultivating kindness towards ourselves, we can
loosen the 'not good enough' demon's grip and transform the stories
that can overwhelm our minds and lives.
With the sure and true footing that the breath brings, and with kindness, awareness
and wisdom, we can move forward with renewed well-being, inspiration, purpose
and confidence. We can find real connection, empowerment and belonging.

Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and
are held on Zoom or in-person in Hove, Sussex.
I offer individual sessions and 6 week courses - a journey
of the soul. A course is recommended in order to reap the

relevant are a quite unique combination of empathy
and an uncanny ability to see when I wasn't living to
