I invite you to get out of your head and into your body,
heart and soul, to become fully present to your experience.
I take an intuitive, soulful, somatic and holistic approach in my
meditation guidance. I hold a safe and supportive space, and I
bring a strong quality of presence, attention and encouragement.

In these meditation sessions I will guide you in cultivating more awareness, mindfulness,
presence, calm, peace, stillness, quiet; in becoming more grounded, connected and kind
to yourself, and in finding a sense of ease, of belonging - a coming home to yourself.
The nature of embodied presence meditation is to just notice, to pay attention to
whatever arises in each moment without judgement. That’s it. Just notice and be
present to whatever is there in your experience, whether pleasurable or difficult
and painful emotions including resistance. We can begin to turn towards our
uncomfortable experience with curiosity, compassion and loving kindness.

Through embodied presence meditation we become freer, lighter, more relaxed, connected, grounded, whole. We feel joy and belonging. |

I offer individual sessions and 6 week courses.
